I ran out of broccoli so I just thawed some from the freezer, grilled it up with the sweet potato (it's excellent if you use a cast iron griddle with the grooves in it!), added the quinoa and black beans, spread the scrumptious red pepper sauce on the top, and presto! instant vegan wrap.
